How to return and exchange
- You can return or exchange your order here.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. They must be in perfect condition for the refund or exchange to proceed.
- Once we receive and verify the condition of the product, we will process your refund or send the new item as applicable.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming the refund. The refunded amount will correspond to the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs and applicable return fees.
Product Defects
If your order arrives with any defects, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Please include clear photos and a description of the issue when contacting us.
